Marketing Coordinator

You are responsible for the (online) visibility of Orange Cyberdefense. Developing campaigns and optimizing them are two of your core tasks. Whether it concerns the first position in Google, an email campaign with a good CTR or the social engagement on a post in LinkedIn. You know exactly how to create more and qualitative leads. 

You are well networked within the top 1400 Dutch organisations. This role is the ideal mix between online marketing activities and general activities in the marketing team. You also organize events or offline campaigns with our manufacturers.

Campaigns are created through good cooperation with various stakeholders, such as our sales department or technological partners. In addition, the Global Marketing Team sets up campaigns based on the global road-map, which you must translate to the Dutch market. You also have to regularly switch with different agencies.

As a Marketing Coordinator you have the following tasks and responsibilities:

Setting up, monitoring, and evaluating (online) campaigns based on the marketing plan. These campaigns must contribute to achieving the annual marketing objectives. To measure is to know, so you ensure that you can demonstrate ROI through data analysis.

Maintaining and updating the website. This also involves a part of content marketing. How do we reach the right target group, with the right message, through the right channel. In addition, our content must be optimized for SEO.

social media: our main channel is LinkedIn. We post a lot of content here ourselves, but we also use paid campaigns to reach our target group.

marketing automation: you are responsible for cleaning and analyzing our CRM database. You set up engagement programs to convert MQLs into SQLs.

We organize many (online) events as part of various campaigns. From webinars to VIP dinners, to international live productions, you are responsible for planning, execution, and ROI.

What are you taking with you?

At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in a technical and/or international organization.

A 'roll up sleeves' mentality is something that fits you.

You are data-driven, with a technical and analytical focus.

A person who likes to be always involved with the latest online developments.

You understand customer first.

Speaking and writing Good Dutch & English is not a problem for you.

You are familiar with SEO, SEA, various social media, and their advertising platforms.

Experience with DTP (Photoshop and InDesign), CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation (Pardot) is a plus.

A relevant, completed HBO education, such as HBO Communication or Commercial Economics.
