Working as a Senior Network & Security Engineer

As a technical expert, you will be involved in various projects - designing and implementing security solutions, especially focused around network security technologies (firewall, VPN gateway, security analytics). Your tasks will include design, deployment, administration, fine tuning and optimization of these security tools. 

Your main tasks include:

• Pre-sales design and POC realization
• Architecture and implementation design
• Equipment configuration and installation
• Project Management
• L3 support
• Customer consulting and advice
• Training and certifications

What we expect of you

• You hold a bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and already have a professional experience in the network or security fields.
• You have significant experience on Palo Alto Networks solutions, including Strata and Prisma.
• You are willing to learn and evolve in a technically sharp and interesting environment, dealing with challenging and stimulating issues.
• As a senior engineer, you are capable of leading large and important projects. You are also capable of helping less seasoned colleagues into learning and developing their skills on these technologies.
• You can monitor security trends and consider specific customers’ requirements in order to deliver advanced configurations and ensure that our solutions are designed and implemented to the highest standards, thus deserving customers' trust.
• You have good spoken and written communication skills in order to write documentation and reports to our customers.
• You are a team player but able to show initiative and work on projects with minimal supervision.

Skills required

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Curious and willing to continuously learn
• Solid knowledge and understanding of networking principles
• Solid knowledge of network and web related protocols
• Good general knowledge of security and related enterprise infrastructures
• PSNSE certification (Mandatory)
• Experience with Fortinet (FortiGate) products would be an advantage
