Working as a Campaign Marketer

We’re on a mission: to build a safer digital society. And as Campaign Marketer you play a crucial part in how we spread our mission effectively across various channels towards our audiences.

As an important member of our organization, you’ll take up the mantle of digital marketing, making sure Orange Cyberdefense is visible throughout all stages of the buyer journey, driving high quality pipeline for our new business and customer base sales teams. Your core tasks are developing effective online & offline campaigns and ongoingly optimizing them based on data insights to meet and exceed our KPI’s. From lead generation, account-based marketing, LinkedIn & Google advertising and e-mail campaigns you know exactly how to generate a more qualitative pipeline.

You will join a hands-on multi-disciplinary team of 4, where you’ll work closely together with other marketers as well as collaborating closely with sales, management, and our cyber experts that will support you in achieving your goals.

Your key responsibilities:

• Digital marketing strategy and execution – Based on the global strategy you will create the campaign calendar, choose the right channels to effectively distribute our message to the target audience and develop campaigns based on our personas and their stage in the customer journey. 
• Measure and improve campaign performance - To measure is to know, so you ensure that you can demonstrate ROI through data analysis and ongoingly optimize our campaigns per channel accordingly for maximum impact to meet and exceed our KPI’s.
• Marketing automation - You are responsible for our marketing automation tool, which we use for email marketing campaigns, you design (nurture) campaign flows, create emails, define data selections needed for a successful campaign, and then analyze the data to make ongoing improvements.
• Managing online marketing agency – You manage the relationship with our online marketing agency that run our campaigns on LinkedIn and Google ads. You are responsible for the optimal budget allocation across these channels, challenging the agency to achieve the best results. 

What you bring:

• 5 years of work experience, preferably in a B2B technical and/or international organization.
• You are a true team player; someone who’s hands-on, self-motivated, and an excellent communicator who can collaborate with an international and diverse team to drive progress together.
• A 'roll up sleeves' mentality is something that fits you.
• Hands-on experience in setting up and managing LinkedIn, Google search & display, content syndication campaigns and e-mail marketing.
• Hands-on experience experience in Pardot is a plus.
• Experience in running ABM campaigns and partner marketing is a plus.
• A data-driven mindset.
• Strong project management skills, comfortable working on multiple projects at the same time and the ability to act decisively.
• You speak, write, present, and motivate in fluent Dutch.
