Working as a Operations Manager

You will responsible for  Leading, managing, and overseeing the Tech-Based Consultancy team within the local integration services department, integrating technical expertise with commercial acumen. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize technical solutions and services while considering commercial viability. You will serve as a key liaison between the Tech-Based Consultancy team and senior management in the technology sector, balancing technical excellence with business objectives.

Responsibilities 

• Provide strategic direction and technical-commercial guidance to the Tech-Based Consultancy team.
• Report to senior management on technical-commercial progress and challenges. 
• Conduct performance evaluations and set technical-commercial performance targets.
• Monitor technical-commercial project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with, Solutions Team, and Vendor Management to optimize technical-commercial team performance.
• Implement best technical and commercial practices and quality standards within the team.
• Identify technical-commercial training needs and opportunities for team members.
