Working as a Business Developer
To support our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a Business Developer to help grow our cybersecurity offerings by attracting new clients and strengthening relationships with existing customers and emerging technology partners.
This role is crucial in expanding our market presence by uncovering new opportunities, building trust, and establishing long-term collaborations. Success requires a proactive attitude, independence, and strong relationship management and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Seek out and engage with new business prospects, focusing on expanding our vendor partnerships with Rubrik, Varonis, Pentera and others.
Craft and implement Go-To-Market plans to enter new markets, with an emphasis on LNA’s (Large National Accounts) and MNC’s (Multinational Accounts).
Cultivate and sustain relationships with internal teams and account managers, ensuring alignment with our security goals.
Lead efforts in prospecting and qualifying potential clients to keep the sales pipeline healthy and growing.
Work closely with the sales team to develop account strategies aimed at increasing customer acquisition and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and opportunities within Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of our cybersecurity division.
Keep abreast of the latest cybersecurity regulations and frameworks.
Represent Orange Cyberdefense at industry events, trade shows and client meetings.
What we expect of you
Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within cybersecurity or IT infrastructure solutions.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and frameworks.
Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with clients and partners.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address client challenges effectively.
Adaptability to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce for managing leads and sales activities.
Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; proficiency in French is advantageous.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, sales, or a related discipline.
