Legal Counsel (temporary)

Orange Cyberdefense is a European based company and the Nordic cluster includes offices in Sweden, Norway Denmark.
This is a parental leave cover position and we offer an assignment for at least 18 months. The Legal Counsel will work closely with the Nordic Sales teams (primarily bid managers, contract managers and account managers) and different Group functions in providing the Nordic business with pragmatic, relevant legal advice primarily connected to public tenders, customer negotiations and any customer related questions that appears in our daily operations. Other types of legal matters that will be relevant is the review and negotiation of vendor/supplier contracts.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities and deliverables are:
Support Nordic business areas (Sweden, Denmark and Norway) with legal support and, in particular, the drafting, negotiation and execution of sales and purchase contracts and partnerships in the field of cybersecurity
Supporting our Bid Managers in the process of tender responses (LOU)
General support for a wide spectrum of legal matters that apply to the business and its operations
Identification, analysis and management of legal regulatory risks linked to Orange Cyberdefense’s activities with the support of group experts
With the support of the Head of Legal and Contract for the Nordic cluster, ensure that Orange Cyberdefense Nordics complies with laws and guidelines related to its business or other activities and anticipate changing laws and codes of practice that may impact the business currently and in the future
Skills & Experience
You have experience working in a relevant field or in a similar role.
The following experience is considered advantageous
Experience in supporting sales and bid management in the process of answering public tenders
Experience in drafting and negotiation of service contracts
Experience in relevant legal areas such as data protection, intellectual property etc.
Ideally familiar with technology/cybersecurity businesses
Fluent in Swedish and English. Knowledge of Danish or Norwegian will be of additional benefit.

Location & Travel
The role will be based in one of our offices in Sweden (Malmö, Stockholm, Göteborg, Sundsvall) with large degree of flexibility (work from home). There can be occasional travels as required to meet with Nordic teams, customers or other internal stakeholders.
