Presale Specialist
Do you have experience within managed security services? Are you skilled at building strong relationships with customers?
As a Presale Specialist in Managed Security Services, you will primarily focus on helping businesses across Denmark to understand and choose the best cybersecurity solutions for their needs. Combining your passion for cybersecurity with strong technical expertise, you will play a critical role in supporting local sales efforts. While Denmark is your primary region, you may occasionally collaborate on projects involving Nordic customers. Your work will be a teamwork in close coordination with our Operations, Technology, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that address the specific challenges of Danish organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Present and explain our cybersecurity services to interested organizations, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.
Deliver impactful presentations at events, conferences, and customer seminars to promote Orange Cyberdefense’s expertise and services.
Engage in the full sales process, including qualifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, challenging their requirements, and delivering solutions that solve their problems.
Scope projects by analyzing customer needs and translating them into actionable and competitive solutions.
Work closely with local Sales and Presales teams in Denmark & Nordics to support complex customer opportunities, from initial qualification to deal closure.
Ensure smooth handovers to Operations for completed projects, with a strong focus on SOC and CERT services.
Lead or contribute to the design, costing, and pricing of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring they meet the unique needs of Danish customers.
Act as a local expert on Orange Cyberdefense's Managed Security Services (MSS) portfolio, including MDR, Threat Intelligence, and more, while effectively articulating the value of these services to customers.
Document proposed solutions (e.g., scope of work, architecture, pricing) to respond to customer requests and tenders in Denmark and occasionally the Nordics.
Provide feedback on Danish market trends and customer needs to Marketing and Operations teams to help shape and improve our offerings.
Support the development and rollout of new services and act as the presales point of contact during the initial phases.
Lead or contribute to local training initiatives to enhance the knowledge of Sales and Presales teams in Denmark and Nordics.
Skills & Experience
Solid experience in the security industry, with a strong understanding of the Danish market.
Knowledge of Managed Security Services and the ability to clearly communicate their value to Danish customers.
Strong customer-facing skills, including presentations and written communication, in both Danish and English.
Proven ability to scope projects, challenge customer requirements, and deliver solutions that address customer needs.
Experience in opportunity qualification, scope of work creation, pricing, and responding to tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs.
Familiarity with key vendors like Microsoft, Palo Alto Networks,CheckPoint, F5 and Zscaler.
Confidence, creativity, and adaptability to meet customer-specific needs in Denmark and the Nordics.
Industry-recognized certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CEH are a strong advantage.
