When you become our Talent Manager, you have a varied range of responsibilities. You will be a pillar in the learning and development area and will guide our employees through the circle of life at Orange Cyberdefense. These will be your play domains.

With over 250 employees (and growing) in Belgium, our company is looking for a passionate Talent Manager to enhance and complement our incredible HR team at the HQ in Wijnegem & our office in Brussels.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Foster talent development through engaging learning opportunities and initiatives. For example: leadership trainings, organizing interesting lunchtime learnings, …
• Support the employee life cycle by ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to offboarding in collaboration with the rest of our amazing team.
• Create a network of partners, connecting with schools and participating at fairs.
• Collaborate on various HR projects aimed at creating a 'Great Place to Work' culture, focusing on both short-term and long-term objectives.
• Co-organise internal events and campaigns.
• Take charge and optimize our internal communication strategies to promote a positive workplace environment.

Why we expect from you: 

• Familiarity with training and development programs
• Conceptual thinking skills and long-term vision
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with leading/follow up on projects
• Working experience in soft HR skill
• Excellent communicator with a hint of public speaking
