Role & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
You will lead with care, taking full accountability for the Professional Services (PS) activity including full P&L ownership and management including forecasting, budgeting and financial health to ensure predictable, sustainable growth and operational excellence.
You will inspire and empower your team by fostering a culture of mentorship, collaboration, and high performance, embodying Orange’s caring and bold spirit.
You will drive operational efficiency and excellence in delivering cybersecurity consulting, project management and client support, ensuring high client satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.
You will champion responsible business practices by ensuring compliance with information security policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements, working closely with the UK CISO.
You will boldly lead strategic initiatives to scale operations, expand service offerings, and optimize resource allocation, always aligned with market trends and client needs. You will build strong partnerships with vendors and internal stakeholders, managing contracts, certifications, and external delivery options responsibly and proactively.
You will act as a trusted escalation point for operational challenges, resolving issues with professionalism and a client-centric mindset.
You will continuously seek improvement opportunities, implementing processes and tools that enhance productivity and service quality across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with sales, finance, and product management teams to align operational goals with business strategy, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Project Work
You will collaborate closely with a dynamic UK Executive Leadership Team, aligning Professional Services with broader business goals and supporting cross-functional initiatives that drive company growth and operational excellence. You will lead and contribute to strategic projects that enhance service innovation, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction across the organization. You will champion continuous improvement and transformation initiatives, deploying enterprise tools and fostering a culture of empowerment and high performance within your teams.
Growth Opportunity

Desired Profile/Skills
We are looking for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of proven experience in growth and operational leadership roles within the cybersecurity industry. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in leading cyber consultancy and and delivery teams, scaling operations, and driving business growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, regulations, and the threat landscape is essential. Educational background in cybersecurity, information technology, engineering, or related fields is preferred, along with relevant certifications.
Your Hard Skills
Strong understanding of network and security technologies.
Familiarity with major cybersecurity vendors and enterprise client security solutions.
Experience with data manipulation and business intelligence/reporting tools.
Knowledge of information security standards and best practices, such as ISO27001.
Experience with risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in cybersecurity.
