Global Strategic Marketing Manager / Head of (all genders) - Interim
Global Strategy & Intelligence at Orange Cyberdefense connects threat, market, and customer insights to create opportunities, shape perceptions, and empower stakeholders. The goal is to strategically position Orange Cyberdefense and enhance its competitiveness.
We are looking for a Global Strategic Marketing Manager / Head of (all genders) to cover parental leave for the next 18 months (potentially 24 months).
In this interim role, you will lead our global intelligence-led marketing, including thought intelligence initiatives and key programs such as Voice of Customer program. Together with your team marketer, graphic designer, and project manager – and others, you play a key role in driving Orange Cyberdefense’s positioning as a cybersecurity expert and boosting customer advocacy. As a global orchestrator, you work across the organization and footprint, collaborating closely with various teams and stakeholders.
The successful candidate possesses a blend of strategic thinking, program management, marketing strategy, and operational excellence expertise and has the ability to lead by influence.
Key Responsibilities:
Joint planning & orchestration with BU and country Marketing and Communications regarding intelligence-based publications strategy and plan.
Manage publication design, development and translation of intelligence-led thought intelligence publications including our annual report, Security Navigator amongst others
Oversee the creation of website landing pages, emailing content, social media content, messaging and visuals, internal enablement and other promotional elements for intelligence-led initiatives in collaboration with global, BU and country teams
Ensure that content is relevant, appropriate, insightful, and aligns with the strategic goals, brand and editorial guidelines of Orange Cyberdefense.
Manage strategic Voice of Customer programs, including NPS measurement and Customer Advisory Board, preparing strategic direction and contents together with a Team of country and BU SPOCs for operational and executive audiences
Articulate strategic recommendations and company positioning narratives stemming from intelligence-led and strategic programs to executive audiences internally and externally.
Provide synthetic analysis of customer insights at operational and strategic levels
Plan, budget, and manage projects aligned with strategic goals
Lead and develop a cross-functional team
Your Profile:
Over 10 years of experience in strategic project management, marketing, or program coordination, preferably within cybersecurity, technology, or consulting sectors
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills, including engagement with senior leadership
Knowledge of cybersecurity trends is advantageous
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Business Fluent in English and ideally fluent in German
