Initial interview
If your application has convinced us, an initial telephone interview will help us to get to know each other and answer any open questions. What are your expectations and what are your areas of interest for the future?
Get to know each other personally
In the final step, we will invite you to a personal interview on site or via Teams, because in addition to the technical aspects, the human element is very important to us.
Let's find out if we are a good match! If another round of interviews is necessary, we will let you know.

Afterwards, we arrange a consultation in which we review the discussions and talk about our decision.
