With more than 60 engineers, SCRT supports customers across the full spectrum of cybersecurity challenges, from day-to-day operations to strategic decision-making. Its specialized teams deliver high-value services in all cybersecurity domains, including penetration testing, monitoring and detection, incident response, security solution design and integration, governance, consulting, and training.
In 2020, SCRT acquired Telsys, a company specialized in datacenter solutions, creating a group of more than 100 employees, primarily based in Morges, with additional offices in Geneva and Bern. Since 2022, SCRT and Telsys have been part of Orange Cyberdefense, benefiting from the support of an international group with more than 2,700 cybersecurity specialists worldwide.
Keys responsibilities:
· Support sales teams by providing technical expertise on cybersecurity solutions.
· Contribute to the design of commercial offers and responses to RFPs, ensuring alignment between proposed solutions and customer requirements.
· Deliver presentations and demonstrations of managed security services, particularly in:
o Industrial security
o Vulnerability management
o Threat detection
· Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful deployment of proposed solutions.
· Contribute to the technical enablement and upskilling of sales teams regarding products and services.
· The role is based in Morges, to remain close to local sales teams.
Skills You Will Have the Opportunity to Develop in This Role:
In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills in cybersecurity by working with cutting-edge solutions and deepening your expertise in products such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Netskope, as well as all other security solutions from the OCD catalog.
You will also strengthen your project management and communication skills by working closely with sales teams and customers.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to enhance your ability to respond to tenders and to develop compelling commercial proposals, while gaining a thorough understanding of the specific needs of businesses in French-speaking Switzerland.
Profile/Skills Required
· A minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT and security field, with certifications in various security products.
· Expertise in cybersecurity, particularly with solutions such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Netskope, and Microsoft.
· Knowledge of managed services in cybersecurity, including industrial security management, vulnerability management, and threat detection.
· Skills in writing commercial proposals and responding to tenders.
· Experience in delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations.
· The candidate should be proactive, dynamic, rigorous, and eager to learn.
· Proficiency in French and English is required, and knowledge of German would be a plus.
